Loyalty club terms & conditions
- After you have travelled on your first Explore tour you will automatically become a Bronze member of the Explore Loyalty Club and receive Bronze tier benefits.
- When you have travelled on two Explore tours, you will become a Silver member and receive Silver tier benefits including 5% off your third and fourth Explore tours.
- After completing your fourth Explore tour you will become a Gold member and receive Gold benefits including 7% off your fifth to ninth Explore tours.
- After completing your ninth Explore tour you will become a Platinum member and receive Platinum benefits including 10% off your 10th Explore tour and all subsequent Explore tours.
- The new loyalty scheme discount will apply to new bookings made on or after 6 October 2021 and is not applicable to bookings made before this date which will fall under the Terms and Conditions of the previous loyalty scheme.
- A tour which is booked but subsequently cancelled will not count towards loyalty discount entitlement.
- Loyalty discounts are available on all Explore small group tours, Explore Private tours, Explore Self Guided tours and Polar Voyages.
- From October 6 2021 , participation on Explore Self Guided tours will count towards your loyalty tier level.
- Discounts will be applied against the base price of the tour only including any tour extensions but excluding flights and extras such as single room or pre- and post- tour accommodation.
- Discounts will be applied per person, not per booking, depending on each individual’s previous bookings with Explore.
- Explore loyalty discounts can normally be combined with other promotions, including the Explore group discount, up to a maximum per person discount of 15%.
- The discounted sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment.
- To maintain your tier level a new Explore tour must be booked within three years of returning from your last Explore tour.
- A different loyalty scheme applies on Explore Family Adventures, however if you have previously traveled on Family Adventures these bookings can be counted towards this adult loyalty discount offer.
- Explore reserves the right to change or withdraw this loyalty discount offer at any time and without notice; discounts are offered at our discretion based on our records of each individual’s previous bookings with Explore.
Explore Family Adventures Loyalty Discount Terms and Conditions
- If you have previously travelled on an Explore tour, you are entitled to a 5% discount when you book your second and all subsequent Explore Family Adventures tours.
- A tour which is booked but subsequently cancelled will not count towards loyalty discount entitlement.
- Loyalty discounts are available on all Explore Family Adventures group tours.
- Discounts will be applied against the base price of the tour including any tour extensions but excluding extras such as pre- or post- tour accommodation.
- Discounts will be applied per person, not per booking, depending on each individual’s previous bookings with Explore.
- Explore loyalty discounts can normally be combined with other promotions, including the group discount offer, up to a maximum per person discount of 15%.
- The discounted sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment.
- A different loyalty scheme applies on adult Explore group tours. Your Family Adventures loyalty discount cannot be applied on adult tours, however your previous trips on Explore Family Adventures may be counted towards the adult discount offer.
