The offer applies to bookings made online, on the phone, or through travel agents, until further notice.
For the purpose of this offer, the words “our competitors” refers to small group adventure travel companies, whether they are still trading or not. See complete list of competitors at the end of these terms and conditions.
Customers who have previously booked and taken multiple holidays with one of the above companies, are entitled to count those trips as if they have been taken with Explore, for the purpose of calculating a loyalty discount on a new booking.
Only the trips taken with ONE competitor will be taken into consideration. Trips across various competitors can not be added together.
Loyalty discounts will be applied as all the T&Cs on the Explore Loyalty web page including (but not limited to) the following conditions:
1. Discounts will be applied against the base price of the tour only including any tour extensions but excluding flights and extras such as pre- or post- tour accommodation.
2. Discounts will be applied per person, not per booking, depending on each individual’s previous bookings.
3. Explore loyalty discounts can normally be combined with other promotions, including the Explore group discount, up to a maximum per person discount of 15%.
4. The discounted sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment.
Customers must be able to evidence their previous bookings with a competitor.
This offer is available to customers booking directly with Explore as well as customers booking indirectly through travel agencies, both from the UK and overseas.
Our Family Adventures loyalty programme has a different model, and discounts apply to the whole family. Evidence of a previous booking of a family trip with one of the named competitors can be used to gain a Family Adventures discount with the same T&Cs as those shown in the Family Adventures section on the Explore Loyalty web page
You must mention this offer at the time of booking. It can not be applied retrospectively.
As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel and rebook back onto the original departure date to take advantage of any current special offer.
The offer is available in all currencies.
The offer is subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
The customer is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance.
