Share your loyalty discount with your family

Our Loyalty Club just got bigger and better! We're excited to announce that you can extend your membership benefits to members of your family as well, so they'll get the same discount that you do on our once-in-a-lifetime trips, for life.

You can share your discount and other membership benefits with up to five members of your family - your children (including step children) or siblings. To take advantage, your family members just need to call us to book and quote PASS IT ON and your (the nominating Loyalty Club member) name.

We can't wait for the next generation of travellers to join us in the Explore Loyalty Club! 
 

 

Terms & Conditions

1.    The offer applies to bookings made after 26 July 2022. 
2.    We regret the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.  
3.    Members of the Explore loyalty programme can now extend their membership conditions to up to five members of their family. This is limited to children (including step children), and direct siblings. All beneficiaries must be over 18 at the point of booking. 
4.    As a referrer, if you nominate someone to share your discount, you do not lose your current loyalty status.
5.    Adult children or siblings of existing loyalty members should quote their nominating loyalist's name to enter the Explore loyalty programme at the same level. Further basic information may be requested by Explore to confirm a relationship, but limited to only details we hold regarding the referrer, such as age or postcode. 
6.    The new loyalty scheme discount will apply to new bookings made after 26 July 2022 and is not applicable to bookings made before this date. 
7.    Loyalty discounts are available on all adult Explore small group tours and Polar Voyages at the same level as the referrer, except for Platinum Loyalty, where the family member will only receive the discount off the land portion of the trip (flight discounts are not included). 
8.    Loyalty may be passed on to our Family Adventure trips, but please note that bookings made on an Explore Family Adventure will be discounted at 5% as per our Family Adventures T&Cs, but the discount will be applied across all travellers in the same family on the booking. 
9.    A tour which is booked but subsequently cancelled will not count towards loyalty discount entitlement.
10.    Discounts will be applied against the base price of the tour, single room supplements and any tour extensions only, but will exclude flights and extras such as pre- or post- tour accommodation.
11.    Discounts will be applied per person, not per booking, depending on the referrers previous bookings with Explore, and do not include any flight discounts.
12.    Explore loyalty discounts can normally be combined with other promotions, including the Explore group discount, up to a maximum per person discount of 15%.
13.    Explore's Pass it On loyalty offer cannot be combined with the Recommend a Friend offer.
14.    Explore's Pass it On loyalty offer cannot be further passed on. 
15.    The discounted sum will be taken from travellers' balance payment and not their deposit payment.
16.    To maintain your Loyalty tier level a new Explore tour must be booked within three years of returning from your last Explore tour. 
17.    Explore reserves the right to change or withdraw this Pass It On loyalty discount offer at any time and without notice; discounts are offered at our discretion based on our records of each referrers previous bookings with Explore.
18.    If Explore believes a customer who is already benefiting from our loyalty programme is misusing this promotion, we reserve the right to remove their loyalty status. 
19.    As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel and rebook back onto the original departure date to take advantage of any current special offer.
20.    This offer is available to customers booking directly with Explore as well as customers booking indirectly through travel agencies, both from the UK and overseas. 
21.    The customer is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance.
